A California wine and Cantonese food pairing workshop will be conducted by wine educator Corinne Mui at our Sips of Summer pop-up store on July 4.

Corinne Mui is the Founder and Chief Educator of Corvino Wine School (www.corvinoasia.com). She holds a WSET Level 4 Diploma and has over 15 years’ experience in specialist wine teaching for luxury hotels, casinos, airlines and wine traders in Asia. She is also one of the WSET certified educator training programme assessors in Asia.
Corinne gained valuable wine-making experience by working at the world-famous Henschke winery in Eden Valley, Australia. She has also made sake vintages at various sake breweries in Japan’s Niigata, Yamanashi and Ehime prefectures and the Kansai region.
She is an active experienced wine judge at many international wine competitions in Europe, Australia, China and Hong Kong. These include the Decanter World Wine Awards, Decanter Asia Wine Awards, Mundus Vini, HKIWSC, Annual Wines of Chile Awards, Barossa wine show, McLaren Vale wine show, Rutherglen wine show, Hunter Valley wine show, Wines of Germany Top 100, Sud de France Top 50 and London Sake Challenge.
Corinne has appeared as guest wine expert on television and radio programmes in Hong Kong and China. Her expertise in wine has also been sought for a popular Hong Kong television drama. She is also a regular writer for publications across Asia and a judge for Tatler Dining Awards 2022.
